Thank you for taking the time to look at our proposal for land at Charity Farm, Clanfield. We look forward to your feedback.

Gleeson Land is currently developing proposals to deliver up to 140 new homes with public open space on land at Charity Farm, Clanfield, with a view to submitting an outline planning application for the principle of the development. The proposal would assist in addressing the current housing need in East Hampshire District, aiming to deliver a range of high-quality new homes for a range of people.
